Mary Ann Havalchak is presently the Education Director of the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Rape Crisis and Domestic Violence Services. Her duties include implementing educational programs to schools from pre-school to college level, presenting training to professionals, and speaking to community organizations. She provides on-site domestic violence education, counseling and advocacy services to patients and staff at Hershey Medical Center.
She graduated in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education from Ithaca College ( New York). In addition, she has completed graduate courses in Drug and Alcohol Abuse and Health Education.
