Special Agent James Kyle has personally conducted over 100 interviews of all types of preferential child molesters and distributors and producers of child pornography. He has initiated investigations in 23 countries and personally conducted investigations in Spain, Amsterdam, and England. He has initiated over 100 search warrants in the United States, 26 in the United Kingdom, and several in Spain, The Netherlands, France, The Republic of Germany, New Zealand and Australia. He has numerous certifications including CAC Coordinator since 1994, Certified Instructor of SEOC and Serial Offenders since 1996, NCAVC Coordinator since 1999; Certified as UCA, IINI, 2004. In the past year, he was certified to provide expert testimony, SEOC and Child Pornography in Federal Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
