Chief Martin is a 25 year law enforcement veteran and has been the Chief of Police in Susquehanna Township for 11 years. He is a graduate of Valley Forge Military College, as well as Elizabethtown College. He graduated from the State Police Academy as the class valedictorian. In 1999, he graduated from the FBI National Academy, 198 th session. In 2006, he graduated from the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive program. He served ten years in the U.S. Navy Reserve and was attached to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service following the attacks on September 11, 2001. In 2007, he received the PCCD Chief of Police Crime Prevention Award for Community Crime Prevention.
